It had a favourable and absolutely perfect setting close to excellent cafes and restaurants, prado museum, and all three main galleries. The staff was affable and knowledgeable.

We had an excellent stay in Madrid not far from Atocha station, several good restaurants, and the Botanical Gardens. Its location was marvellous with access to Prado National Museum.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. The hotel was also very close to the Atocha railway station and the metro, making it convenient for transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were great, especially the kitchen with all necessary utensils and even a washing machine. I also appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, who provided useful information and recommendations.

Such wonderful stay during the weekend in a beautiful apartment. Room for a 2 bedroom. Rock Bar Oasis Beach with great drinks is 100 ft away. The accommodation is situated near the bar.

I liked the apartment though some things didn't work.

simply perfect location and easy check-in. it was lodged in a gorgeous building with a modern style. an outdoor restaurant offered vegetarian meals. huge and huge room, natural lighting.

I recently stayed at Smartrental Atocha for a few nights with a group of friends. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean, meeting all our requirements. It was in a convenient location, within walking distance to the Prado and other museums, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. The front desk was also very helpful upon our arrival, providing top-notch service. The apartment had a great amount of light and comfortable beds, making our stay enjoyable.

What an amazing apartment! I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a central location in Madrid. With the great rate, beautiful rooms, there's no denying that this is the best Madrid has to offer. Very close to the Prado. Close to great Restaurants. The staff that met us upon arrival were very nice and accomodating. I will definitely be coming back to this rental property in the near future. Had a great experience here.

The location is excellent, can walk to almost everything - the train station (5 min), Prado (5 min), Sol (15 min), metro station (2 min), and yet it is in a quiet neighbourhood. Many restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bath room for three of us, very comfortable and spacious. The staff was very helpful. They emailed us ahead of time telling us to call them upon arrival. We did and got them to talk to the taxi driver to make sure he knew where to drop us off as it is not eay to find. Wifi is free but a bit of pain as you need to kind of log on every now and then. Overall a very good deal.

The elevator is very small and it did not work in the morning when we left. It was very inconvenient as we had to carry the bags down.

We had a fantastic experience at Smartrental. the staff went above and beyond to check us in quickly after a delay with our flight. the location was perfect for exploring and enjoying the vibrant food and drink scene in Madrid. the property was clean and provided amenities like soap and shampoo. the comfortable bed and pillows ensured a good night's sleep. the staff was efficient and kind, even when we had a major flooding incident. They promptly transferred us to a luxury apartment at no additional cost. We were highly impressed with their quick response and excellent service. Cons: Hard to think of anything. 😊.

it was an excellent apartment, central to everything we wanted to see and do. 5 minute taxi reide to the main railway station. Excellent peopleto deal with, friendly and very helpful, e.g. booked the taxi for us.

The location of Smartrental Atocha is perfect - close to Atocha train station and major attractions. The apartment is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. The amenities provided are top-notch, including a fully-equipped kitchenette and complimentary Wi-Fi. The staff offers exceptional customer service, making guests feel well taken care of.

Felt more than at home, no complaints.
